I wanted to share pictures of our hoop house. It has been fun building it and using it. When we first started to build it, we thought 10' wide would be big enough, but after we got the hoops situated we decided to make it 2' wider. So I had to extend the hoops. We raised great vegetables well into late November with no extra heat. We do have a couple of citrus plants that I put a heater on for the winter, but that is all the heat we have. Our hoop house is very sturdy as it has had to withstand some pretty heavy snow and ice. I will post some more pictures as the season progresses.
